i cant do it anymore... recovery is to hard. I tried but no more, my stomach is in knots over the stress im going through at the moment.. to eat is just out of the question, if that means i lose weight then so be it.. those people that want me fat can just go jump.. i just cant do it anymore, im not strong enough. fasting today, water and diet drinks only. ive taken a laxi and a few intenstine cleansers.. today is a new day.
